| ok..so I'm finally updating.

yea, yea....
anyway, today was the first day of first semester exams.
and of course I was late getting up this morning. So I rushed together and got dressed in a record-breaking three minutes. I didn't get to wash or condition my hair, and as I was walking to school, I realized that I was wearing a dirty shirt...and to make maters worse, It was the one I had been wearing when I was leaning against a wall at school the other day...and found I was leaning in gum.....yea. *gag*
So I was late walking to school, with a dirty, gum-stained shirt. lovley, Oh, and I had forgoten my calculator for my Physics exam.
I spent the entirity of homeroom freaking out trying to find a calc. for physics....only to discover that I wasn't taking my physics exam today....
soo...after cooling down, I went off to take the exams I DID have...

anyway, after my two exams for the day were over, they let us go home. Which sucked for me because I walk...and it was raining....and it was cold. so here I am walking down the highway, freezing and soaking wet when one of my teachers pulls up in their car beside me, and offers me a ride. I gladly accept. as I step through the door, my great-grandmother (who is always in an anal mood) yells at me for riding home instead of walking. and I qoute "a seventeen year old who can't even walk to school! You're lazy! ...when I was young, we walked fifteen miles in the snow!!" ....(ok. so I made up the fifteen miles in the snow part...but she did say the stuff before..)
SOooo I walk on down to my aunts house (which is only a block away from my grandmaw) and decide to take a nap. ....but it dosent work out, because the cats had torn up a bunch of styrophome cups my aunt had lying arround, and I had to pick it all up. After that, I sit down and watch a bit of "Jesus Christ Superstar" when I hear a loud knock a t the door. thinking it is an angry relative from across the street, I open it and prepair for their wrath. lo-and-behold it's the Entergy man. Turns out that my Aunt was late paying her electric bill, and so they came to shut off the power....

SOoo, now I am here in my grandmaw's house, sitting on the computer with a smelly uniform, rain-tossed hair, hurting hands, and nothing to do.
...and for all of you who are wondering, YES this IS what it takes for me to update my livejournal. -_- lol
anyway, I think I'm going to go take a shower. I'll talk to you all later.

| God, I can't beleive it's over...
Touring with "Beauty and the Beast" was amazing. There arn't enough words to describe the experience.
I have NEVER bonded with a cast this well. I already miss all of you. I couldn't sleep last night because I didn't know what to do with myself. It felt like a part of me was missing. When six thirty rolled along, my heart skipped a beat because I was "running late for call". I didn't fall asleep until five in the morning, because I kept immagining Josh, Brett, and Micheal all barging into the room, followed by half of the cast all expecting to be entertained untill the sun came up.
I miss the long walks to the theatre across the sky bridge.
I miss the constant blaring music coming from Julius, Patrick, and Josh's room.
I miss the free food in the employee cafeteria
I miss the group get-togethers in the employee cafeteria
I miss staying up until three in the morning playing DDR (in my hotel room of course)
I miss attempting to play Mafia with a drunk Julius.
I miss playing Disney trivia (once again, in my hotel room)
I miss bitchy "don't-talk-durring-the-movie" Scarlet
I miss having to clean up my room every morning because half of the cast were partying the night before
I miss waking up at 1:00 pm. to find four random cast members sleeping in my bed
...I miss waking up on the floor, because four random cast members were sleeping in my bed.
I miss the show
I miss doing the russian cossca with Johnathan Whalen
I miss the silver taffada costumes
I miss lying arround the green room with everyone else for the entirity of act two.
I miss Alan hitting on everything that moved
I miss the overstressed tech crew
I miss craming into Johnathan's car to go shopping
I miss getting yelled at for walking into the girls dressing room
I miss saying good morning to the front desk staff everymorning
GOD, I miss EVERYTHING!
....even the god awful, pain-in-the-ass, set-changes. (but only a little ^_^)
Now it's all over. How do you go back to reality when you have been pretending to be a salt shaker for two months?
After living a dream for two full weeks, how do you face everyday life?

This is definatly something that will stay with me forever.

Merry Christmas!!
The show has been going suprisingly well so far. Everything is running rather smoothly. For anyone who is still interested, we run untill the 29th at the Grand Casino in Biloxi, so come on out and take a road trip to see Beauty and the Beast before we close!!!
and just for the record, I just looked outside my window...
...it's snowing. (and hailing too...but eh) looks like Lousiana got a white christmas this year!!!!

| First off, I'd just like to say that Bob Fosse isn't as bad as I thought, all the anger and loathing I fealt for him has now been transfered to the Disney company and Mr. Kenny Beck.

In direct result of last night's rehearsal, and the coreographing of 'be our guest", I am left with a tearfull outcome. Just got back from the Quizz bowl tournament. We won two of the four rounds.
umm...the scores on the rounds we won were:
Higgins: 500
Fisher: 75
Higgins: 220
East Jeff: 175
I'm the teams resident Theatre/art/shakesphere/Music contestant, so I was included in quite a few rounds, even though it was my first tournement.
The last game was THE BEST THING EVER.

and then we had four bonus questions that followed involving the movie, all of which I also got.
